Staff Accountant (Hybrid)
Staff Accountant Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) Our client, a fast growing and highly collaborative organization in San Antonio, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their expanding reputed company team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and record journal entries in alignment with GAAP
- Complete balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and timely general ledger activity
- Support month end and year end reputed company processes
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
- Analyze account variances and investigate fluctuations
- Help process invoices, payments, and expense submissions
- Support accounts receivable tasks, including tracking and collections
- Maintain organized documentation and transaction records
- reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with prepaid, accrual, and cash account analysis
- Prepare supporting schedules and audit reputed company documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reputed company workflows
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to reputed company projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of reputed company experience (internships and early career experience welcome)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and core reputed company concepts
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company; experience with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables is a plus
