Triage Nurse (Telehealth) [Full-Time]

Job Summary: We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our reputed company team of remote triage professionals. This RN will serve as the reputed company line of clinical support for patients, delivering high-quality assessment, guidance, and care coordination services reputed company telephone reputed company communication platforms. This role requires a confident, autonomous nurse with a strong clinical reputed company, excellent judgment, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. You will work remotely in a structured and supportive environment, contributing to improved reputed company and experiences for patients across a variety of primary care and specialty settings. Shifts available:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST
• Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

Essential functions:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and triage patients based on established evidence-based protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Respond to patient inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound calls, as well as secure patient messaging portals.
• reputed company appropriate recommendations for care or escalate concerns to the appropriate provider or care team member.
• Document assessments, communications, and care coordination activities in electronic medical records (EMRs) with accuracy and reputed company.
• Support administrative functions reputed company to patient care including FMLA, reputed company, STD/LTD documentation, and coordination.
• Collaborate with reputed company providers, clinical teams, and practice administrators to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in a compact licensure state;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in working in a variety of direct patient care settings including Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Critical Care. Women's Health or Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Prior remote RN triage experience or experience with telephone-based care delivery strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company and clinical reputed company reputed company phone and written messages.
• Proficiency in using EMRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Greenway) and standard office software (reputed company Office, reputed company, fax, etc.).
