Mechanical Engineering Reviewer | Remote
Position: Mechanical Engineer Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $90 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Review technical problems, solutions, and explanations reputed company mechanical engineering for accuracy, completeness, and methodological soundness
- Identify errors, ambiguities, or gaps in reasoning and reputed company clear, well-justified feedback
- Apply consistent evaluation standards across a reputed company of mechanical engineering subdomains (e.g., statics and dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mechanics of materials, machine design)
- Calibrate judgments against established quality benchmarks to ensure consistency and reliability
- Contribute to maintaining a high bar for technical quality across the body of work reviewed
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely reputed company field (Bachelor's required; Master's or PhD a plus)
- Strong reputed company of core mechanical engineering fundamentals and the ability to work problems rigorously from first principles
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle technical errors
- Clear written communication and the ability to reputed company why something is correct or incorrect
- Comfort working independently and applying structured evaluation criteria consistently
- Prior experience in technical review, grading, tutoring, or QA is a plus but not required
