Flexibility is required. Typical Days:

• Mondays
• Tuesdays
• Thursdays
• Fridays
• Saturdays

Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):

• 12pm–8pm
• 1pm–9pm
• 2pm–10pm
• 3pm–11pm

Additional scheduling requirements:

• One weekend shift per week is required
• Availability during holidays is required

Compensation

• Earn up to $17/hour after attendance bonus
• Starting reputed company Pay: $15/hour
• Earn an additional $2/hour attendance bonus after 90 days
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

As an Answering Service Agent, you will:

• Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
• Take accurate messages and reputed company information reputed company
• Assist callers with reputed company and professionalism
• Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Help create a positive experience for every caller
