Our mission is to reputed company our customers with exceptional service as the nation's largest independent insurance brokerage exclusively serving the hospitality industry. We are seeking a new reputed company Insurance Assistant to join reputed company. Your role will be to assist our customer service team in meeting the needs of reputed company insurance policyholders. As a member of the reputed company lines customer service department, you will work with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives and report to our Office Manager. What You Will Do:
- Electronically attach documents
- Review reputed company insurance policy documents for accuracy in rating, typing and coverage
- Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents
- Prepare written correspondence
- Process endorsement requests
- Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
- Process cancellation notices
- Process invoices
- Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
- Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members
What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of reputed company insurance experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience
