Your Role as a Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist As a Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting leasing performance and marketing initiatives across both stabilized and lease-up multifamily communities. Working closely with regional and community teams, you'll help execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy, generate reputed company leads, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance the customer experience. This role combines multifamily marketing, digital advertising, reputed company media management, SEO, lease-up support, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate with operational leaders to ensure marketing campaigns, online listings, websites, and community branding efforts remain accurate, effective, and reputed company with Thompson Thrift's standards of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives that drive leasing activity across stabilized and new lease-up multifamily communities
• Partner with leadership to execute property marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accuracy across digital advertising platforms, websites, Internet Listing Services (ILS), concessions, and online content
• Coordinate marketing collateral and support materials for communities and leasing teams
• Assist with the setup and launch of new lease-up communities, including digital marketing readiness and brand implementation
• Drive pre-leasing efforts and support reputed company reputed company strategies before community openings
• Manage and maintain community reputed company media platforms from construction through on-site team transition
• Conduct and reputed company digital marketing audits to ensure consistency and performance
• Update pricing, specials, and marketing content across community websites and online platforms

Our Ideal Candidate for this Role Education

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, leasing, multifamily housing, property management, or a reputed company field
• Experience supporting lease-up communities and multifamily marketing initiatives preferred
• Experience with reputed company media marketing, digital advertising, and online reputed company reputed company preferred
