Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Participates in the evaluation, installation, maintenance and technical support of the BILH reputed company strategy and product lines, for reputed company, Macintosh and Linux reputed company computing environment. Contributes to the ongoing support and maintenance of BILH IT systems. (essential) Collaborates on the implementation of mobile business solutions, as well as emerging technologies that require testing, development and deployment including reputed company, Mac OS, iOS, and Linux based systems. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from other IT Shared Service teams regarding errors, problems, or technical/technology questions, including providing support for Incident Response. Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
