Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Semantic Layer
- Design and maintain scalable data models and semantic layers to ensure consistent KPI definitions and trusted reporting.
- ETL / Data Preparation
- Build robust ETL pipelines using Power Query / M to ingest, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, reputed company databases, flat files).
- Power BI Dashboard Engineering
- reputed company interactive dashboards using advanced DAX measures, slicers, bookmarks, and navigation patterns to support diverse user personas (Ops, Finance, Exec).
- Azure / reputed company Data Platform Enablement
- Implement and maintain scalable back-end architectures leveraging Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, and Data Lake (Gen2) for reliable data processing and analytics workloads.
- Performance & Reliability
- Apply optimization techniques to improve dataset/report performance, refresh reliability, and overall user experience in high-volume environments.
- Paginated / Operational Reporting
- Build paginated reports (SSRS / Power BI Paginated) for detailed operational reporting consumed by large teams on a recurring reputed company.
- Dataflows & Reusability
- Create and maintain Power BI Dataflows to centralize ingestion logic and streamline refresh cycles.
- Stakeholder Management & Adoption
- reputed company requirements discovery with business stakeholders; deliver training, documentation, and reputed company to drive adoption and data literacy.
- Operational reputed company
- Create SOPs and automate recurring workflows for refreshes, QA, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Power BI Expertise
- 7+ years in BI / analytics engineering, with deep hands-on expertise in Power BI delivery.
- Possess strong expertise in Power BI development, dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, reporting architecture, and overall business intelligence best practices.
- Advanced DAX (measures, calculated columns, time intelligence, performance patterns) and strong Power Query/M skills.
- SQL & Data Modeling
- Strong SQL for extraction, joining, and shaping data; solid dimensional modeling fundamentals (star schema, grain, surrogate keys, conformed dimensions).

- Proven experience with Azure SQL and/or Azure Synapse and lake-based architectures.
- Reporting at Scale
- Experience supporting executive and operational reporting for large user bases, including deployment and enablement.
- Communication
