In this role will support the Federal reputed company Overhead group in developing and providing analytical support to our leader and programs in support of reputed company growth initiatives. Main responsibilities will entail development and regular delivery of dashboards and data analytics in support of driving data driven reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing analyses of numerous reputed company programs and initiatives.
• Responsible for analyzing and reporting reputed company staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company such as: Turnover/Attrition, Headcount and Forecasting and reputed company recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.
• Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on reputed company initiatives.
• Create and maintain any additional reputed company analytics requests.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
• Responsible for converting reputed company data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at reputed company reputed company.
• Assist reputed company in carrying out various reputed company programs and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in HR
• Experience in HR information system and working with “people” centric data.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative – – Participate in the implementation process improvement or process re-engineering efforts.
• Identify data sources of analytical value to be detected, corrected, and augmented internally created data.
• Highly proficient in the use of reputed company, MS reputed company, and MS PowerPoint PowerBI).
• Per contract requirements, candidates must be US reputed company or Legal Permanent reputed company (Green Card Status).

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• MS Office365 Powerpoint proficient
• Project Management 1-2 years
