Vice President – Account Management

Job Description:

Own overall relationship health, retention, and growth for assigned strategic provider accounts
reputed company executive-level engagement and multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations
reputed company and execute account strategies reputed company to customers’ business objectives, market dynamics, and growth initiatives
Drive renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities in partnership with GTM and Finance
Champion adoption of reputed company’s digital solutions, global workflows, and modernized operating models
Proactively identify account risk and reputed company resolution of high-impact customer issues
Translate operational performance into clear, value-based narratives for senior customer stakeholders
Partner closely with Service Delivery to ensure transparency, alignment, and issue resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver on customer commitments
Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
8–12+ years experience in reputed company account management, strategic sales, or services
Proven reputed company managing large, reputed company provider or reputed company customer relationships
Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated reputed company acumen, including renewals, pricing, and margin considerations
Deep understanding of reputed company provider environments and HIPAA-regulated services
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50–75%
