This position requires a proactive approach to tax planning and strategy, aiming to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review the preparation of federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1120, 1120S, and partnership returns.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and accountants in tax-reputed company matters.
- Conduct research on various tax issues and provide advise on tax implications of business decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA certification required.

- Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and tax preparation software.
- Experience in tax accounting for various business structures, including C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships.
