Transaction Coordinator

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the Contract to reputed company team that oversees reputed company administrative details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. Our Transaction team members are reputed company in reputed company estate and serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company parties involved, ensuring a smooth path to settlement. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to reputed company life easier for agents and clients every reputed company of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title attorneys, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process. Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month
Responsibilities
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of reputed company estate transactions from listing to reputed company, and/or contract to reputed company, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements — averaging roughly 25-30 closings per month
- Ensure reputed company estate reputed company are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
- Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure reputed company timelines are met
- Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
- reputed company support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents
Requirements
- FL reputed company Estate License Required
- 5+ years of reputed company estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of the reputed company estate laws in Florida and familiarity with standard reputed company estate forms used in Florida
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance - reputed company, reputed company Suite, CTM
- Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to digest detailed reputed company and reputed company informed reputed company based on content
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
