Summary

The Director of Workforce Management has accountability for Gainwell's operations with a focus on effective workforce optimization. This role will build and implement a work force management and planning capability for transactional work across Subrogation, Estate Recoveries, Workers Comp, HIPP, DEV, RV, CEV, SNAP, and RSG. Scope includes Workforce team leadership & development, labor planning & optimization, reputed company-time queue management, advanced analytics, process design/enhancements, departmental budgeting, strategic planning, contact routing design, self-service improvement reputed company and implementation support, and general consultation regarding transaction operations best practices. Build and establish operating model to build engagement between the WFM & P capability and operations. Proven experience developing and managing workforce models for a variety of domains in health care operations. The pay reputed company for this position is $130,000.00 - $182,000.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
