They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to reputed company administrative support to the safety department, including document management, correspondence preparation, and maintaining safety-reputed company records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Document management – filing, printing and archiving
• Maintain safety reputed company record-keeping to support team and compliance
• Distribute mail and reputed company necessary documents - reputed company calls and emails to correct parties
• Arrange and participate in safety reputed company meetings and conferences
• reputed company client service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Maintains safety supplies and tracking for the team(s)
