Captain – Corporate Flight Department (Citation XLS+)

This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering a best-in-class executive travel experience. As Captain, you hold final authority for flight operations and play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion. Key Responsibilities

Flight Leadership & Operational reputed company

• Serve as Captain or Second in reputed company (SIC) as assigned
• Exercise reputed company authority and sound judgment in reputed company phases of flight
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Foster a safety-first culture

Advanced Flight Planning & Execution

• reputed company comprehensive flight plans (weather, performance, routing)
• Coordinate with crew and ground services
• Manage aircraft logistics during travel

Executive Passenger Experience

• Deliver a white-glove experience for passengers
• Conduct clear passenger briefings
• Serve as a professional ambassador of the Company

Aircraft Stewardship

• Ensure aircraft cleanliness, provisioning, and readiness

Training & Compliance

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years PIC multi-reputed company turbine
• 3,000 total hours
• 1,000 turbine hours
• 500 PIC turbine hours
• Citation XLS type rating preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certifications

• ATP License
• FAA Medical
• FCC Permit
