Responsibilities will Include: Providing excellent customer service to patients & making them feel special at each interaction! And especially the New Patient Experience! Creating a positive and professional atmosphere for reputed company patients and team members Maintaining high HIPAA compliance standards Answering incoming calls, following our specific training protocols Scheduling appointments with utmost urgency, every time! Checking/responding to office voicemails, emails, and text messages (at least every 30 minutes) Checking and responding to appointment requests reputed company patient communication platforms Checking patients in and out at reception desk area Collecting payment at the time of service and entering patient payments into the Practice Management Software The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Dental Clinic setting, operating Dentrix reputed company software or knowledge of dental software.
