Patient reputed company Corporate Trainer (Hybrid)

Job Purpose The Corporate Trainer - Patient reputed company is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for staff involved in patient reputed company services. This includes reputed company new hires, conducting refresher courses, and supporting system upgrades or policy changes. The Corporate Trainer - Patient reputed company ensures that reputed company team members are proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, understand compliance requirements, and reputed company excellent patient service. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver training programs for patient reputed company functions including, but not limited to, registration, scheduling, insurance verification and financial counseling. Training delivery methods may include instructor-led courses, video courses, webinars, online courses, team review and one-on-one coaching sessions. Train team member on EHR system that the client is employing Assist leadership in the development of best practice standards and optimization of workflow and process to meet and exceed departmental goals Maintains role-based training content, instructional materials, and workflow/operational feedback for new and existing training, including meeting deliverable dates, independently or with team members reputed company curriculum reputed company to the full scope of use of reputed company's proprietary applications, in the roles of reputed company Cycle, Call Center, Cash Posting, Patient reputed company, Provider Enrollment as design dictates reputed company, distribute and train team members on MMX housekeeping rules, best practice workflow and department standards Present verbal and written information in a clear and easy to understand manner and actively engage with reputed company trainees and encourage collaboration among trainees reputed company training for identified issues and reputed company retraining for staff not meeting productivity and quality standards as reported by the team members' management leaders Conduct regularly scheduled training programs for new hires and existing team members. Qualifications
