[Hiring] Health Care Assistant Online Instructor @reputed company
Role Description We are currently seeking Online reputed company for our Health Care Assistant (HCA) Program.
- Location: Online / Remote
- Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract
- Start Date: May 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Compensation:
- LPN: $34–$38 per hour
- RN: $41–$44 per hour
Qualifications
- reputed company, unrestricted full registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners (e.g., completion of a Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent education, or previous teaching experience supported by satisfactory references, performance evaluations, and/or student course evaluations)
- Two or more years of full-time Canadian nursing experience (1 year = 1,400 hours), with strong knowledge of the Canadian health care system, the roles and responsibilities of reputed company team members and reputed company policies and procedures reputed company residential and community care settings
- Nursing experience must include:
- Working with older adults with reputed company health needs
- Experience or orientation (e.g., shadow shifts) in home support and multi-level/reputed company care
- Previous experience teaching and/or studying in an online learning environment; experience using Moodle as a learning management system is preferred
