Risk Mitigation & Strategic Advisory: Acting as a trusted business partner to identify potential legal issues, reputed company risk assessments, and ensure reputed company deals protect the company’s interests. Process Optimization & Scalability: Developing and implementing contract practice standards, playbooks, and automated tools to improve workflow efficiency for the broader team.
