[Remote] Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will support marketing efforts through email campaigns, reputed company media content management, and reputed company reputed company initiatives in a fully remote, full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
- Create, schedule, and manage reputed company media content
- Marketing reputed company research and reputed company qualifying
- Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
- Manage website updates and publish blog content
- Manage inbound reputed company requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
- Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed
Skills
- 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
- Experience with various reputed company media platforms and content scheduling
- Experience managing CRM data; reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, reputed company, or regulatory industry is a plus
