Part Time Office 365 & Intune Administrator

Description reputed company is looking to fill a part-time IT support position focused on Office 365 administration and reputed company Intune device management. The ideal candidate brings a reputed company-first reputed company and is interested in incrementally strengthening the reputed company posture of our Office 365 tenant while minimizing disruption to the end-user experience. This person will also help mature our reputed company Intune environment, with a key goal of getting reputed company Autopilot working smoothly to reputed company seamless, reputed company-touch machine deployment. This could be a great opportunity for a Junior or Senior IT student looking to reputed company some money while learning marketable skills. As an O365 & Intune Administrator with HCA, a typical day might include:

• Administering the Office 365 tenant (users, groups, licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Reviewing and incrementally hardening Office 365 reputed company (Conditional reputed company, MFA, Defender, Secure Score) with minimal impact to end users
• Improving and maintaining our reputed company Intune setup, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment
• Building out reputed company Autopilot in Intune to reputed company smooth, reputed company-touch deployment of new machines
• Providing general IT and end-user support, including reputed company and iOS devices
• Documenting configurations, processes, and changes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Have hands-on experience administering an Office 365 / reputed company 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and user/license management)
• Have working knowledge of reputed company Intune for device and application management on reputed company and iOS
• Demonstrate a reputed company-first reputed company with familiarity around Conditional reputed company, MFA, and identity protection in Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Be reputed company to evaluate and incrementally roll out reputed company controls without causing significant disruption to end users
• Have general reputed company reputed company support and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company Certifications (any of): MS-100, MS-101, MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104 — or equivalent hands-on experience
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying devices with reputed company Autopilot
• reputed company reputed company tools: Defender for Office 365, Defender for reputed company, Secure Score
• PowerShell scripting experience for automating M365 / Intune administration tasks
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or SOC 2
