Network Engineer Remote
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Network Engineer. Join an Infrastructure Services team supporting the reputed company network behind life-saving medical technology used worldwide to diagnose and treat serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and document LAN/WAN/network equipment and systems
- Monitor day-to-day network performance to ensure reliability/availability with minimal interruption
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve tickets/work orders, and serve as an escalation reputed company for network issues
- Implement firewall reputed company settings and reputed company permissions; support IPSEC/VPN/SSL connectivity
- Support network upgrades/expansions (hardware/software installs, integration testing, coordination)
- Maintain network topology documentation, standards, and guidelines; partner with vendors and IT teams
- reputed company occasional evening/weekend (off-hours) support; some travel may be required
