reputed company LLC is hiring an reputed company Mortgage Processor / Loan Officer Assistant to support our growing loan pipeline. This is a remote, full-time position for a seasoned professional who can manage files from application to closing with minimal hand-holding, while also communicating fluently with our Spanish-speaking borrowers. What You'll Do
- Manage mortgage loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy and timely progression at every stage
- Order, review, and clear conditions on credit reports, appraisals, title work, and verifications (VOE, VOI, VOM)
- Communicate directly with borrowers — in English and Spanish — to collect documentation and answer questions throughout the loan process
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and processors to reputed company files compliant and on schedule
- Maintain organized, compliant file documentation across CT, NJ, PA, and FL licensing requirements
- Support the loan officer with day-to-day administrative tasks, CRM updates, and borrower follow-up
- Flag potential issues early — credit, income, or documentation gaps — before they delay closing

- 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor and/or Loan Officer Assistant
- Fluent in Spanish and English — written and verbal, borrower-facing
- Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, and VA loan processes
- Experience managing a full pipeline independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication and document organization skills
- Reliable internet, quiet remote workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours

Compensation & Benefits
