POSITION SUMMARY As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for potential residents and their families reputed company of business hours. This is a Saturday and reputed company Role - 12 hour shifts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding our senior living communities in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents and their families to ensure a seamless experience.

• Follow up on inquiries and leads to encourage tours and build relationships with potential clients.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have previous experience in sales or customer service in Senior Living.
