Responsibilities  Lead Design Initiatives: Take the helm on major design projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with Airbnb s vision and exceeds user expectations. Oversee the entire design process from brainstorming and ideation to final execution, guaranteeing top-quality deliverables.  Mentor and Develop Talent: Cultivate a thriving design culture by mentoring junior designers and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
