Â Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties. Â Delivering mail and messages. Â Processing guest payments. Â Coordinating with bell service and staff management. Â Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice. Â Processing meal and beverage requests. Â Accommodating general and unique requests. Â Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.

Qualifications

Guest Service Representative Requirements: Â High school diploma or GED. Â 2+ years of customer service experience. Â Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous. Â Exceptional interpersonal skills. Â Excellent written and verbal communication. Â Good time management and organizational skills. Â Conflict resolution experience.
