Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes while ensuring accuracy. Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering viable solutions. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay informed about Nexspire Airlines policies, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
