Our team is currently small but growing rapidly, and we expect the person entering this role to be interested in future leadership opportunities as the company expands. Our clients spend anywhere from $8,000 to $100,000+ per month on advertising, and we work with some of the largest operators in the real estate wholesaling space. You will be selling a service that genuinely helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses, while learning the inner workings of high level marketing and real estate investing. Top performers in this role will earn well into six figures.

Compensation

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Commission Expected Earnings Range: $90,000 – $250,000+ per year Commissions are uncapped and will grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy calls with qualified prospects interested in scaling their marketing
• Understand each client’s business model, revenue, and growth goals
• Present SM3’s marketing services and explain how our systems work
• Close qualified prospects into our marketing offer
• Maintain accurate records inside the CRM
• Follow up with warm prospects
• Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams after closing clients

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of sales experience
• High-ticket sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable selling on video calls and over the phone
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects
• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales processes
• Self-motivated and driven to earn a high income

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
