As part of our team, you will assist clients with vacation planning, travel research, reservations, and overall travel coordination while receiving training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
- Assist clients with travel planning and booking arrangements
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Stay informed on travel industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage bookings and communications
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms
