Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs through virtual consultations to establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapeutic sessions, ensuring patient engagement and continuity of care.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights for comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a behavioral health provider with VieMed, you will serve a diverse range of patients from various backgrounds and experiences. Your role will primarily focus on clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, and other mental health challenges. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to connect with patients in different locations across California, enhancing access to essential mental health services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, with a commitment to patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience
