Appointment Setter for ABA Therapy
We are a Meta ads agency that works exclusively with ABA therapy clinics across the United States. We generate families enrolled and starting services for ABA clinics through structured Meta ad campaigns. We are growing and need a sharp, reliable appointment setter to build our client pipeline. This is a long term role for the right person. We are not looking for someone to try for two weeks. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What You Will Do
Your one job is to get qualified ABA clinic owners and directors on a 30 minute strategy call with our founder. Everything you do points toward that goal. Daily responsibilities: — Send 50 to 100 personalised cold emails per day to ABA clinic owners and directors across the US — Execute follow up email sequences on Day 3 and Day 7 for every contact — Make 10 to 20 cold calls per day to warm contacts who have already received our email — Log every contact, every response, and every call outcome in HubSpot CRM — Send a daily report by end of day covering emails sent, calls made, responses received, and calls booked — Book qualified discovery calls directly into our Calendly calendar What We Are Looking For This role requires someone specific.
