This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning timelines for sports, concert, and activity-based events
- Manage venue confirmations, scheduling, and vendor communication
- Support ticketing coordination and event access logistics
- Organize transportation, lodging, and activity arrangements as needed
- Maintain accurate event documentation and tracking systems
- Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and service providers
- Assist with event-day coordination and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with digital systems and scheduling tools
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, sports management, entertainment, or administrative support is a plus
