This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed to fit around your existing schedule. No AI experience required — your professional expertise is what matters most.

What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by insurance professionals across different experience levels
- Write high-quality "golden answers" delivering expert-level, practical career guidance in the insurance field
- Build objective evaluation rubrics to rate AI-generated career advice
- Identify AI responses that contain inaccurate, outdated, or unrealistic information for insurance professionals
- Apply your knowledge of the Southeast US insurance market and Georgia regulatory environment
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Producer, or Account Executive
- Strong knowledge of insurance sales, client acquisition, policy management, and Georgia licensing requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to translate real career experience into clear, credible, and actionable advice
- Self-motivated and dependable when working independently
- No prior AI or technology experience required
Nice to Have
- Active Georgia insurance license
- Experience across life, health, property, casualty, or commercial lines
- Experience mentoring newer agents or managing agency operations
- Sales leadership background
