Workday Strategic Sourcing Consultant Type of Role: Contract Opportunity Duration: 3-6 months Hours: Full-time – 40 hrs per week Location: Remote Pay Rate: Hourly rate ranges from $105–$120, based on overall experience and qualifications Job Description: Client is looking for a consultant to help get more value out of their existing Workday Strategic Sourcing environment. While the platform has been purchased and implemented, there is significant opportunity to optimize functionality, improve processes, and increase adoption across the organization. This resource will work closely with business stakeholders to evaluate the current setup, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that align with procurement and sourcing goals. A major focus of the role will be supporting the integration of the client's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform with Workday Strategic Sourcing and ensuring both systems work together effectively. The consultant will also help enhance and streamline Workday Procurement processes, providing guidance on best practices and future-state design. While a dedicated technical team will be responsible for building integrations, the ideal candidate should understand integration concepts, data flows, and system dependencies in order to support solution design and troubleshooting efforts. Required Experience
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Workday Strategic Sourcing.
- Experience working with multiple system integrations and understanding how systems interact.
- Strong solutioning and business process improvement skills.
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams to define requirements and recommend solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Strategic Sourcing certification.
- Workday Procure-to-Pay certification.
- Experience supporting procurement and contract management processes.
