Blockchain Developer (Solidity, Web3, MERN)

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of decentralized applications, smart contracts, and Web3-enabled platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building blockchain solutions and integrating them with modern web applications. You will work closely with frontend and backend engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable blockchain-based features while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• Build and maintain decentralized application (DApp) functionality.
• Integrate blockchain networks and smart contracts into web applications using ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js.
• Implement wallet connectivity and transaction flows using MetaMask and other popular Web3 wallets.
• Develop user-facing features with React and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Integrate blockchain data with backend systems and databases.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing smart contracts with Solidity.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Experience with Web3 development tools and libraries such as ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js.
• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with wallet integrations including MetaMask and WalletConnect.
• Understanding of blockchain security concepts and smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar development frameworks.
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, staking systems, token standards, or NFT platforms.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible networks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience building scalable production-grade Web3 applications.
