- The pay for this position is $29.00–$39.00 per hour (based on LPN, RN, or bilingual status)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees after 1 year of service
Remote Telehealth Nurse Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and business needs
- 100% Remote – Work From Home – Anywhere in the U.S.
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Available shifts: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST , 10:30 AM–7:00 PM EST , 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
This is a call center environment—candidates must have a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant workspace and childcare arrangements in place. Remote Telehealth Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and electronic support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Use motivational interviewing and behavior modification techniques to improve medication adherence
- Collect patient-specific clinical data for regulatory and therapy requirements
- Identify patient risks, needs, and safety concerns; escalate per protocol
- Follow up with physicians and patients to ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Maintain professional nursing licensure
- Accurately document and navigate multiple online platforms
- Comply with regulatory requirements, program standards, and the Nurse Practice Act
Remote Telehealth Nurse Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, physician office, or laboratory environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with clinical documentation
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, data entry, multitasking across systems)
- Ability to identify adverse events and product complaints
- Problem-solving skills and ability to independently research resources for patients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Work From Home Requirements
- Secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant dedicated workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting multiple systems and VOIP calls
- Headset may be required for prolonged use
