Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – San Diego, California - Remote! Job duties: Work remote. We have offices in Encinitas and Costa Mesa.
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
- Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Required:
- CA Bar
- Recent insurance defense experience
