The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to executive vice president and their leadership team, aligning reputed company strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance and growth. Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 6+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Professional HR Certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-SCP)
