Inside Sales Team Leader

As our Inside Sales Team Leader, you will lead the team responsible for converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments for our field sales team. Your work will directly impact new client growth, sales performance, and our geographic expansion across Australia. You will manage an established team of 6–8 inside sales representatives based in the Philippines. The team follows up with inbound enquiries, qualifies prospective clients, and schedules phone consultations or in-home visits with our field sales team. Success in this role is measured by the number of appointments booked and downstream sales conversions. The ideal candidate has experience leading inside sales, SDR, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call centre teams in a performance-driven environment. This role is best suited to candidates based in Southeast Asia who have experience leading Philippines-based teams and working with companies based in Australia, the United States, or the United Kingdom. Experience living or working as an expatriate is highly desirable. Candidates must be able to work during Australian business hours. Your Responsibilities - Develop, train, and coach inside sales representatives - Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training sessions - Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including lead response times, appointment booking rates, and sales conversions - Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve handoffs - Become an expert in Australia’s aged care system, home care funding, and The CareSide’s service offering so you can effectively coach the team and improve sales Your Background - 2+ years of experience managing sales, SDR, BDR, or call centre teams - Experience coaching sales representatives using KPIs and performance metrics - Experience managing remote teams - Strong understanding of consultative selling and buyer psychology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
