Animator – Remote Contract
This role involves animating a 4-5 minute video based on a completed, voice-ready script for a mental and behavioral health clinic’s crowdfunding campaign. The project aims to communicate the clinic’s mission of supporting underserved communities and making mental health care more accessible and human. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health advocacy and able to deliver a polished animated video within a tight 1-2 week timeframe. Collaboration and creativity are essential to effectively convey the message and engage the target audience. Deliverables
- Create a fully animated 4-5 minute video based on the provided script and voiceover
- Collaborate closely to ensure the animation aligns with the clinic’s mission and campaign goals
- Integrate illustration and animation to produce a cohesive, engaging visual narrative
- Deliver the final video in a format suitable for crowdfunding platforms and digital advertising
- Meet the project deadline of 1-2 weeks from commencement
Requirements
- Proven experience in both illustration and animation for digital campaigns or advertisements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage feedback constructively
- Passion for mental health topics and sensitivity to the subject matter
- Proficiency with industry-standard animation and illustration software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness throughout the project
- Availability for immediate start and commitment to project completion within the specified timeframe
