[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst - Power Platform
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to drive automation and digital solutions across the business. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and supporting solution delivery throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Pages portals
- Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities
- Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle (requirements → testing → deployment)
- Collaborate with technical teams and ensure best practices in governance and security
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Power Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 experience
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
