Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process fulfillment orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Communicate virtually with internal Taskzeno teams to address order discrepancies, delays, or special instructions.
- Update inventory and tracking systems to reflect current stock levels and shipment statuses.
- Support the logistics and distribution process by resolving digital workflow bottlenecks.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Uphold Giglithic’s service standards and operational guidelines at every step.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with order management systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
