The Process Manager Associate will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company's bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ability to influence up is key to success in this position. As an associate supporting Capital One Software, you will help design, manage, and support Software processes. Strong experience with process engineering to include process optimization, root cause identification, and data analysis will be critical for this role. This is an excellent opportunity to continue your career in the field of Process Management.General Responsibilities:Leading and owning oversight of process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiativesCollecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executivesIdentify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activitiesTracking and resolving process breakdownsUnderstanding customers' needs of the process and driving process improvementsDeveloping and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams while adhering to annual renewal timelinesActing as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutionsEducate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate executionKeeping Continuous Improvement at the forefront of the repeatable processes with which you will engage the LOBBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G SuiteAt least 1 year of process management experiencePreferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk ManagementLean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification2+ years of experience in Process ManagementAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
