About the position Alpine Maids is seeking caring and dedicated maids to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO. We pride ourselves on being the most caring house cleaning service in the area, specializing in recurring house cleaning. Our focus is on building close relationships with our clients and providing personalized solutions that larger businesses cannot match. We are looking for individuals who have a positive outlook, a genuine concern for clients and coworkers, and a desire to learn and improve. This position is ideal for those who enjoy helping people and have a knack for customer service. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity for physical activity, akin to a daily workout, as our maids typically work alone but may pair up for larger jobs. In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive training program recognized in the industry for the first two weeks. Once you complete your training and demonstrate competence, you will begin your day by driving directly from home to your first client s house. You will clean their home, often interacting with happy clients, and then proceed to your next appointment. The job allows for meaningful interactions with clients while also providing the opportunity to listen to music through headphones during cleaning tasks. Our maids typically work between 32-35 hours per week, but our performance pay system allows for the potential of earning pay equivalent to a 40-hour work week while finishing early. Responsibilities
Clean clients' homes according to company standards and client preferences. , Drive to various client locations from home. , Engage with clients during cleaning sessions, providing excellent customer service. , Complete training through an industry-recognized program. , Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled cleanings are completed. , Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working alone or with a partner.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing position or general labor role. , High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong empathy and conflict resolution skills. , Curiosity and a desire to learn and improve continuously. , Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. , Practical skills in cleaning, customer service, and problem-solving. , Valid driver's license and comfort with driving to different client locations. Nice-to-haves Experience in the cleaning industry. , Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , Strong communication skills.
