They are seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator who will reputed company administrative support to the HR team, execute reputed company and offboarding tasks, and maintain accurate personnel records.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company timely data entry, record updates and online file maintenance for LEARN employees
  • Liaison between internal LEARN departments and the HR department on operational and administrative projects – including audits, data/reporting requests, HR systems assistance
  • Triage HR inbox questions to appropriate HR team member
  • Respond to employee inquiries on general company policies, HR procedures and complete employment verifications
  • Maintain confidential employee data and files

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 1-2 years of HR Operations experience
  • Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS (reputed company experience a plus), Applicant Tracking, and Electronic reputed company (ICIMS a plus!)
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to multitask and assist with projects simultaneously under pressure
