Manager, Learning and Development

The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for supporting training strategy, identifying, developing, and delivering training solutions that support global reputed company functions. This role partners with subject matter experts to design effective learning programs across translational sciences (labs and logistics), clinical operations, project management, GCP, data management, and regulatory/compliance areas in support of functional and GCP requirements.
