The structure allows real estate agents and mortgage loan officers to work within a coordinated system that includes access to resources, systems, and cross-division support.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Agents
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and negotiating real estate transactions
- Maintain communication with clients and transaction partners
- Use available tools and resources to support property-related activities
- Coordinate with lending professionals to support client financing needs
- Participate in training and team development sessions as needed Mortgage Loan Officers
- Assist clients with mortgage applications, disclosures, and loan structuring
- Evaluate borrower profiles and match them with suitable loan programs
- Coordinate with real estate agents during transactions
- Ensure compliance with applicable lending guidelines and regulations
- Participate in training and professional development sessions Work Environment
- Remote and/or local flexibility
- Independent schedule management
- Virtual or in-person collaboration as needed
- Access to CRM systems, onboarding, and training resources Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Compensation may include
- Real estate commission splits (for agents)
- Loan origination compensation based on funded loans (for loan officers)
- Referral-based compensation, where permitted by law
- Participation in company incentive programs, where applicable Earnings are performance-based and vary depending on experience, production, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license or mortgage loan originator license (required)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of real estate or mortgage processes
