[Hiring] DME Collections Specialist II @SOLVENTUM
Role Description As a DME Collections Specialist II at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling initial Accounts Receivable and Order Entry exceptions and discrepancies to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment within Solventum’s business practice and time-sensitive guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED AND five (5) years of experience in medical insurance collections experience in private, public, government, or military environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and negotiating skills.
- PC skills to include use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex A/R discrepancies.
Requirements
- Work location: Remote-United States.
- Travel: May include up to 10% (domestic/international).
- Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

- Expected compensation range for this position is $45,360 - $62,370, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
