What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping them understand available benefits and providing exceptional service throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
- Assist clients with benefit information, coverage options, and general inquiries
- Build strong relationships through professionalism, communication, and follow-through
- Provide solutions and support while maintaining a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
