Provide support and guidance to customers to ensure an exceptional experience. , Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat regarding claims adjudication and provider credentialing. , Utilize medical terminology effectively in communications and documentation. , Perform accurate data entry and maintain records related to claims and credentialing processes.
Requirements
Experience in a claims or credentialing environment. , Knowledge of medical terminology. , Some experience in a medical office setting. , Ability to type accurately at a speed of 40 WPM. Nice-to-haves Action-oriented and problem-solving mindset. , Self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
